To Study the Effects of Deep Neck Flexor Strengthening Exercises and Mckenzie Neck Exercises on Smart Phone Users Suffering From Neck Pain: A Comparative Study

Smartphone has become an integral part of our lives, they generally have a small screen because which it is more likely to induce slouched posture creating line sight mostly below eye level, formulating improper when used for prolonged period time, example, forward head (FHP) leading neck pain. The purpose the study compare effectiveness Deep flexor strengthening exercises with that McKenzie extension on smartphone users suffering from It comparative experimental study. This included (N=40) subjects pain within age group 25-45 years. They arerandomly assigned into 2 groups (Group A and B).
